Q: Where is my order? Tracking is not updating
A: Unfortunately, We can only see what you see when it comes to tracking information. We are given the same information to track your package as you are. Once USPS has picked up your package it is no longer in our hands or in our control. Please contact USPS for more info.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: The email used at checkout is the email the tracking info was sent. Make sure to check your junk email!
Q: My order is international and has not updated. Why?
A: All international order can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to deliver. Canada orders may deliver sooner. All international orders will NOT update until package clears customs and sometimes not even until it delivers.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Refer to the refund/exchange policy.
