I will always prioritize your satisfaction and aim to offer exceptional customer service. Please contact me with any questions. FOM is a small business so policies are put into place to protect the company.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations.  Please note the following guidelines: 

  • Please contact me within 6 days of receiving your items to initiate your return. Customer is responsible for sending back item to FOM HQ.
  • All returns/exchanges are processed every Friday. Once item is received I will send your new item out to you. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to get package back to FOM.  $7 Restocking Fee. 
  • Exchanges are always welcome, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Returned in original packaging. Do not ball items up in a box or package. Please return them as you received them. Items should have no signs or wear and free of any perfume or fragrance. 
  • Sale items/Clearance are final sale. Items will not be accepted if tag is removed or signs of wear. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we offer package protection through CONVOY. To file a claim, please click link at the top of the page. 

Sizing Assistance

For first-time customers or anyone needing sizing assistance, please reach out to us. I'm here to help you find the perfect fit. 

Clearance and Limited Edition Items

Clearance, preorder, and limited edition items are non-returnable. Exchanges are possible only if the desired size is available.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as fragrances, hats, socks, jewelry, undergarments, and accessories, cannot be returned or exchanged.As well as 2023 shorts.  However, jewelry can be exchanged for another size.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at frameofmindinfo@gmail.com. Provide your name, order number, and reason for the return of your item(s)

Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item, a defective product, or are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately. We'll fix the situation at no extra cost to you.

International Orders

For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for duty fees. Additionally, first-class international packages through USPS may not allow for claims on lost packages. We recommend keeping CONVOY package protection for all international orders. International orders can be exchanged but customer is responsible for all shipping fees
