Shipping and Policies

POLICIES 

Shipping times and turn around times 

  • We do not make the shipping prices. Shipping prices are generated via USPS at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by package weight and location. 
  • Shipping delivery times vary according to your location. Please expect delays due to USPS shipping/COVID19 (as of Sept 2020)
  • Turn around times are typically around 2-3 days after drops dates. 
  • Orders placed after drop dates 2-5 days turn around. 
  • We do not enter delivery addresses. Addresses are forwarded to our shipping software from what the customer enters at checkout. This is where you package will be delivered.
  • Without delays Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days after shipment. 
  • Please expect up to 4 weeks to receive package for international orders. Prior to delays  
  • Canada shipping times 2-3 weeks. Prior to delays
  • Shipping tracking number provided with all orders
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages please make sure all addresses are entered correctly. 
  • We are not responsible for custom fees.
