Shipping times and turn around times
- We do not make the shipping prices. Shipping prices are generated via USPS at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by package weight and location.
- Shipping delivery times vary according to your location. Please expect delays due to USPS shipping/COVID19 (as of Sept 2020)
- Turn around times are typically around 2-3 days after drops dates.
- Orders placed after drop dates 2-5 days turn around.
- We do not enter delivery addresses. Addresses are forwarded to our shipping software from what the customer enters at checkout. This is where you package will be delivered.
- Without delays Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days after shipment.
- Please expect up to 4 weeks to receive package for international orders. Prior to delays
- Canada shipping times 2-3 weeks. Prior to delays
- Shipping tracking number provided with all orders
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages please make sure all addresses are entered correctly.
- We are not responsible for custom fees.
