wash dry instructions: wash with like colors, cold hang dry recommended or tumble dry on low- do not hand wash/scrub with hard laundry chemicals. 
 SIZE RECOMMENDATION : SIZE UP FROM WHATEVER SIZE YOU WEAR IN MENS BOARDSHORTS. If you're in-between two sizes go with the larger size. Especially if you do not want them tight around the legs.
